Jammu, Mar 9: Governor N N Vohra, has nominated seven members on the Managing Committee of the Indian Red Cross Society, J&K State Branch.
The Governor, who is the President, Indian Red Cross Society, J&K State Branch, nominated seven members on the Managing Committee in terms of Section 15(O) of the Constitution of Indian Red Cross Society, Jammu and Kashmir State Branch, with immediate effect. Those nominated as members were Prem Gupta, former Inspector General of Police, Seema Shekhar Khajuria, Y. V. Sharma, President, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jammu; Mohammad Abdullah Charoo, former Chairman, J&K State Board of School Education, A M Mir, IAS (Retd), Executive Director, Voluntary Health Association, Nusrat Andrabi, former Principal, Women College, Srinagar, and Tsering Narboo, physician specialist, Leh. |
