| Dr Pawan Kotwal honoured | | | JAMMU , Mar 9 : In a simple function held in the officer of Divisional Commissioner Jammu Sant Niraankari Mandal Jammu Zone honoured Dr Pawan Kotwal IAS Divisional Commissioner Jammu on account of his exemplary support for the promotion of Voluntary Blood Donations in Jammu Region Sardar Ajit Singh, Zonal Head Niraankari Mandal felicitated Dr Kotwal with Saropa and citation. The similar honour was also conferred upon Anil K. Padha Secretary Regional Red Cross Society Jammu for his contribution in the field of Voluntary Blood Donation. He also conveyed the blessing of the Holy Baba Sat Guru Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj.
