| Mehbooba accuses NC of having secret deal with BJP | | | Bashir Assad
JAMMU, Mar 10: Blaming ruling National Conference of having a secret deal with BJP to polarise the situation in Jammu and Kashmir ahead of the elections to local urban bodies for electoral gains.
Talking to a group of electronic and print media persons in the Central Hall of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Mehbooba Mufti said that her point was substantiated by the fact that they have recognised two factions of the BJP in the House and were enjoying the confidence of both the factions in the House. "They actually want to communalise the situation ahead of the
Municipal elections for electoral gains" Mehbooba alleged. Mehbooba accused that her party was being discriminated not only inside the House while not allowing them to raise the issues in the public interest but outside the House the government was selective in plan allocations and distribution of additionalties.
When asked that was she satisfied that the government has decided to send a tem of ministers to Rajouri, Mehbooba said that it should have been done earlier. "What needs to be done is that a clear message should go to the administration to act according to the law and no hanky-panky" |
