| HC issues notices to DGP, IGP and others | | Gola Shah CDs expose | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 12 : High Court of Jammu and Kashmir Bench comprising of Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir in a much publicized 'CD expose case' about land encroachment today issued notices to the State through Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department, Director General of Police, J&K, Jammu, Inspector General of Police Jammu and others.
The court also issued notices to Ms.Madhu Aggarwal wife of Rakesh Aggarwal and Ms Veena Aggarwal wife of Madan Lal Aggarwal in a writ petition filed by Ravinder Gupta @ Gola Shah.
A K Sawhney appeared for the petitioner in two connected petitions- one filed by Ravinder Gupta and another filed by Mohan Lal Kaith Dy SP. Court responding to petition directed the Notice to rest of the respondents to be published in a leading daily newspaper having wide circulation in the area where the respondents reside at the expenses of the petitioner. Court further directed the listing of the case immediatley after four weeks. |
