Early Times Report POONCH, Mar 13 : Goods worth over Rs 2.43 crore were traded through 48 trucks with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) along the Line of Control (LoC) at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here, officials said. As many as 29 trucks rolled out from Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) at Ranger hereto POK today, they said, adding, these trucks carried bags of Chilli, onion, herbs, banana, coriander and cardamom worth Rs 85,50,141. From POK, 19 trucks carrying bags of almond, dry grapes, dry dates, keenu and peshawari sandals crossed to this side, worth Rs 1,58,05,814. The officials from both the side monitored the transportation of these goods at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point twice during the day from 1230 hours to 1300 hours and 1645 hours to 1715 hours, they said |
