| IPM to organize 'Orientation training Programme' | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 13: A two day orientation training programme of IPM Technology for Progressive Framers, NGOs, Pesticide Dealers and Agriculture Students was organised by Central IPM Centre, Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, Jammu.
S K Kaul, Officer In charge, Directorate of Marketing & Inspection, Jammu inaugurated the programme.
Dr Mahender Singh, Plant Protection Officer (E) officer in-charge Central IPM Centre, Jammu presented welcome address and informed about the objectives & various components of IPM training programme and work performed by the Central IPM Centre, Jammu. He also said that during the current training programme, trainees would be trained in various aspects of IPM technology by the experts from SKUAST & officers of the centre. |
