Brothers attacked by anti social elements in Jain Bazaar

Jammu, Mar 14: Amidst tall claims of Jammu & Kashmir Police bringing down crime rate in the entire State, some anti social elements taking law in their hands today attacked two brothers in every busy Jain Bazar area of Jammu city in full public view late last evening inflicting grievous injuries to them.
Reports said that one Nand Kishore and his brother namely Man Mohan, sons of Yog Raj Sharma, of H No 368, Jullaka Mohalla, Jammu, on way to their home on Enfield motorcycle late last evening (March 13, 2012), were assaulted bu some people when reached entry point of Jullaka Mohalla from Jain Bazar. They were intercepted by a group led by one Veena Kesar, w/o Late Raman Kesar, resident of the same locality, along with her son Amit Kesar alias Kaisu and others who started abusing the duo him without any instigation from him or his brother.
An FIR in this regard has also been lodged at Police Post, Chowk Chabutra, under the jurisdiction of Pacca Danga Police Station of the city and further investigation is on, reports added. Sources said Nand Kishore, had bought a piece of land situated at Barnai, near Bantalab, Jammu from Veena Kesar, w/o Raman Kesar, few years back, which later found to be disputed property however the buyer had paid a sum of Rs. 80,000 in advance. The lady however failed to solving the dispute amicably, she resorted to mischievous ways and means to harass the victim. One Habibullah Khan, s/o Basmu Khan, resident of Mast Garh, Jammu, on the behest of Veena Kesar, damaged the structure raised over the land at Barnai, Jammu and an FIR is also lodged in this regard at Domana Police Station, sources added.
