NAREGA job cards not being recognised at Gandoh
3/14/2012 11:30:16 PM
Early times REport
JAMMU, Mar 14: Job cards, issued to some people in Budli panchayat of Gandoh under NAREGA scheme, are allegedly not being recognised by the authorities concerned, including panchayat members. Congress senior vice-president, Bhalessa, Akhtar Hussain Mir alleged that the NAREGA job cards of those, who had not given votes to the elected Budli sarpanch, were not being recognised. All those, who had given votes to the rival candidate, were being victimised, he said, alleging that even as they had completed works under NAREGA, the money was not being released in their favour. Mir demanded the intervention of senior authorities so that the justice was done to them.
