Omar knows what to expect from his `M' | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: Expressing solidarity with Railway minister, Dinesh Trivedi who has been put to notice byhis party for raising passenger fares, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said on microblogging site Twitter: "All said and done, I'd hate to be inDinesh Trivedi's shoes today. Today was supposed to be the highlight of hispolitical career. Poor chap." Omarbelieves that the people will accept modest hike in rail fares if safety andservices improve. Taking A Dig at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee,Omar said "The PM has his'M' and I have mine. The only difference is that I know what to expect from my'M'." It was a clear reference to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chief,Mahbooba Mufti. |
