Peerzada said internal bickering in Board of School Education (BOSE) could be one of the reasons for the recent controversy in which he was accused of favouring his foster son to qualify the matriculation examination with the help of some Board of School Education (BOSE) officials. The Congress leader claimed that he has been made victim of conspiracies in the past also. "In 2008 a conspiracy was hatched to defame me. I had offered to resign then also as PCC president.
