| Jammu boys, Srinagar girls win in Snow Rugby | | | SRINAGAR, Mar 19: Jammu district in boys and Srinagar district in girls emerged winners in the two-day State Snow Rugby (Sevens) Championship which was organised by J&K Rugby Association at Golf Course, Gulmarg, here today. In the boys' final, Jammu district defeated Kargil to claim the title. Later, Srinagar district bagged third place winning the hardliner. The girls' title went to Srinagar district after the side beat district Budgam in the final.
Linton Hall School, who represented district Srinagar awarded with the best team of the competition. In all, 15 teams, representing different districts took part in the championship. The participating teams were from Srinagar.
