Suman was found hanging at her in-laws' house on March 15. Her husband Kuljeet Kumar Parihar and the latter's two brothers Vinod Kumar and Surinder Kumar were picked up by police for their questioning. Meanwhile, relatives of Suman Rathore along with family members and local villagers called upon Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, Mohammad Hussain Malik and conveyed their concern over the delay in the arrest of the remaining accused in the case. They alleged that the in-laws of Suman Rathore were equally involved in harassing her. Monica Rathore, sister of the deceased, alleged that when she had reached her sister's house, all the gold items from her body were missing. They demanded a magisterial probe into the matter. The deputy commissioner assured them that justice would be done in the case. Earlier, the delegation also called upon DSP Abrar Ahmed, who too assured them justice. Suman's in-laws had alleged on the day of the incident that she had committed suicide. |
