| Female baby's body recovered from Tawi | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Mar 19 : A body of newly born female baby was recovered from river Tawi here from Beli Charana area, which falls under the jurisdiction of Satwari police station today, police sources said further adding that as case stands registered in this matter.
They said, "some locals spotted the body and informed the police which took the body to the GMC hospital for post-mortem."The baby was first murdered and then dropped in the river tawi to conceal the truth behind the birth" a police officer said adding a case under section 318 RPC has been registered in this connection and investigation is in progress |
