| DGP reviews security arrangement for RD celebrations | | | JAMMU, JAN 23
Security arrangement for Republic Day celebrations particularly for the main function being held at Moulana Azad. Stadium Jammu were reviewed at a high level meeting here today chaired by Director General of police Mr. Gopal Sharma. Head of various units of security forces and police department besides Deputy Commissioner Jammu and other concerned officers participated in the meeting.
The meeting took stock of the present security scenario and discussed various matters pertaining to arrangements put in place to ensure peaceful and smooth conduct of the function.
Additional Director General of Security Mr. Kuldip Khuda, Inspector General of CRPF, SSP Traffic, SSP Jammu and SSP Security and officers of Army and para-military forces were also present in the meeting. |
