As the nation is already suffering from the inflation. Where Union Budget for 2012-13 today hiked excise duty and service tax by 2 per cent across-the-board to raise Rs 45,940 crore and offered marginal relief to individuals in income tax, stoking fears of adding to inflation but contained no big ticket reforms, and price of all non-oil goods are likely to go up .
This budget is suggesting us to live simple life.....if you go for luxury than you have a need to pay much for that. India 's great budget is the ultimate exercise lesion in life.
Budget belongs to people who are the followers of that no matter how effective it is before the Union Budget of India we met with the Rail budget which also reminds us the quotes of Shakespeare, "I must be cruel only to be kind".
What actually rises in Budget is not good for people and what they want is not good for government but at the end who is going to decide it is the only government.
In a Budget 2012 where focus needs to be paid in making vocational training affordable and accessible in the rural areas. This budget is perhaps looking for the educational and skill based development for the empowerment of country's citizen. No doubt finance minister has presented before us a conducive environment by creating policies that would lead to skill development and employment power.
The fact is what there still need of rural empowerment is because rural areas are now in such a situations where they are lacking the privatization and they are complitely dependent on government. |
