| Road mishap accused remanded to police custody | | | early times report
KISHTWAR, Mar 20: Chief judicial magistrate, Doda, Suneet Gupta today granted 5 days police remand of Shuja Khan, alleged to be an accused in road accident in which 6 persons, including 3 students, were injured. The accused was produced by police in the court of CJM who ordered to send him to police custody for 5 days.
Shuja was yesterday alleged to have hit six persons, including three students of primary school, Kothi, with his car in Doda town. A case stands registered in this regard. |
