| ABVP organizes blood donation camp | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 22: In continuation to its nationalistic and patriotic ethos, AKHIL BHARTIYA VIDHYARTHI PARISHAD (ABVP), Jammu University, organized today a Blood Donation Camp to pay homage to the great heroes of the Indian Freedom Struggle, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Shaheed Hari Shivaram Rajguru, and Shaheed Sukhdev Thapar and donated 22 units of blood.
Dean Academic Affairs, University of Jammu, Prof, R. D. Sharma was the Chief Guest On the occasion, He appreciated the initiative of ABVP for organizing the Blood Donation Camp, and motivating the youth for social cause.
Guest of Honour Prof. Raj Kumar, (HoD. Environmental Sciences, University of Jammu), appreciated the martyrdom of the Young Freedom Fighters, and said that today's youth should also come forward for giving sacrifices for the motherland and society.
