| JKTF delegation calls on Fin Minister | | | early times report
JAMMU, Mar 22 - A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) led by its Chairman Abdul Qayoom Wani met Minister for Finance Abdul Rahim Rather on Wednesday to appraise him with long pending demands of Education Volunteers. Rather accepted the genuineness of demands and assured that Finance Department support fully the demand and take immediate steps for its solution. The delegation also put other demands which include five years service of ReT for consideration, enhancement of retirement age, removal of pay anomalies. Later the delegation also met Commissioner Secretary Education Farooq Ahmed Fakto and discussed various demands of teaching fraternity and stressed for its immediate redressal. |
