| JU VC visits Boys Hostels | | | early times report
Jammu, 23 Mar : The Jammu University vice-chancellor, Prof M P Singh Ishar, today visited the Boys Hostels of the University to take a stock of the facilities available there. Prof Ishar interacted with the boarders for nearly two hours. He took stock of the ongoing Construction wo-rks in the Hostels. Prof Ishar issued on the spot instructions to officials asking them to upgrade the facilities available to the boarders. Prof Ishar was accompanied by the Registrar Prof Naresh Padha, Provost, Prof Lokesh Verma , Prof N K Tripathi, Dean Students Welfare , Prof DN Sahi, Convenor Campus Beautification Committee, Wardens and other officials of the University. Later the VC interacted with the boarders on a number of issues of academic importance. He keenly listened to the borders and issued on spot instructions to the officers concerned for the speedy redress of the grievances. |
