JAMMU , Mar 23 : Callinguponparty workers to spread message of the party, patron of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mufti Moha mmad Sayeed today appreciated party cadre workers for therole they have played in bringing peace and tranquility in the border town of Rajouri after recentincident. Addressing district committee meeting of PDP Rajouri, Sayeed exhorted the party workers to strengthen communal harmony and brotherhood inthe State. He said that state of Jammu and Kashmir is known for its secular ethos and it wasneed of the hour of strengthen brotherhood among different sections of thesociety. He said that during the recent happeningat Rajouri town, PDP workers including senior party leaders have played very important role in bridging thegap between two communities. During the meeting party workers said that miseries of themasses have been increasing with everypassing day because State Government hasfailed to solve problems of thepeople. They said that resentment among masseshave beenincreasing due to wrong policies of the coalition government. General secretary of the party Thakur Balbir Singh, MLADarhal and district president of PDP Rajouri Choudhary Zulfikar Ali, Hussain Ali Wafa, Bharat Bhushan, Shahzad Khan, Qayoom Dar, Qamar Ali, Munshi Alam Din, Manzoor Hussain Shah and others also addressedthe meeting. |
