RAJOURI, Mar 23: Security was further stepped up in the town, especially around temples and other religious places, on the eve of navratras that began today.
Temples were tastefully decorated on the occasion. A large number of devotees visited these temples, including the Shiv parivaar cave at Mankote here.
A police officer said in view of heavy rush in temples and markets, security was further tightened to avoid any untoward incident. |
