JKNPP calls upon youth to root out corruption | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Mar 24 Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today asked the youth to join the "ultimate revolution" to root out corruption, communalism and criminalisation in politics. "The party calls on students and the youth of the country especially of J&K to join the ultimate revolution to root out corruption, communalism and criminalisation in politics, so that India can lead the world towards complete disarmament, equality of nations, peace and progress," JKNPP chairman Bhim Singh told reporters here. He said there is an urgent need for youth to get together and fight the menace of corruption eating into the country's foundation of governance. The JKNPP today celebrated 30th foundation day of the party in which about 20,000 JKNPP activists, including 11,000 delegates from different parts of the state, participated in the function. On this occasion, Singh was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the party for the next term. |
