| Village Guda Pattan celebrates Guru Ravidass Parkshutsav | | | EARLY TIMES
Jammu, Mar 24: Guru Ravidass Parkashutsav was celebrated today with great religious fervor and enthusiasm at Ravidass temple village Guda Pattan Jammu.
Chairperson SC, ST Advisory Board Swarn Lata was the chief guest at the occasion.
Lot of people from different parts of the city participated in the occasion to listen to the religious sermons and to pay tribute to guru Ravidass.
Also at the occasion saint Gurdeep Giri from Pathankot delivered the religious lecture about the contributions and sayings of Ravidass and appealed to the masses to follow the path advised by him.
Some religious ceremonies were also performed at the occasion followed by a bhandara (common kitchen).
Those who also addressed at the occasion included Member Advisory Board Suraj Parkash, Charan Dass, Bali Ram, Som Dutt, Darshan Lal and Bishan Dass.
