HC directive to trial court over Katra-Sanjichhat chopper service | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Mar 24: Over a litigation involving helicopter service from Katra to
Sanjichhat, high court judge, Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir today directed the
trial court to decide the matter. He said the court was of the considered view that the impugned order was to
be set aside, with the directions that M/s Global Veetra was at liberty to
file an application for arraying it as party in the array of defendants. The plaintiff was also at liberty to lay motion for arraying both the
companies and SMVDSB as parties in the suit by, or before April 2, 2012 if
not already made. The judge directed the trial court to decide the same within one month by,
or before April 9, 2012. The trial court was also directed to decide the
application for grant of interim relief by, or before May 10, 2012. With these observations, the court allowed both the appeals and set aside
the impugned order.
