JAMMU, MARCH 24-In order to carry out the work of stringing of 33 KV Roop Nagar-Muthi line, the shutdown of 132 KV double circuit Barn-Canal line, the power supply to Satwari Tope, Medical College, Bakshi Nagar, Talab Tillo, Canal, Company Bagh etc shall remain affected on March 25, 2012 from 10 a m to 1 p m.
Similarly to carry out the work of increasing the minimum horizontal clearance of the outgoing 132 KV D/C Hiranagar-Battal-Manwal transmission line and adjoining 66 KV bay at the Grid Station in connection with the installation of shut capacitors. Besides this in order to isolate and restore the 66 KV bay for carrying out the above work complete shut down at 66 KV level in the start of shut down to Hiranagar, Ghagwal, Daylachak, Channi and adjoining areas shall remain affected on March 25, 2012 from 1500 hours to 1600 hours and Channi, Daylachak, Marheen and adjoining areas shall remain affected on March 25, 2012 from 1000 hours to 1600 hours.
In order to energize 132 KV Ramban-Khellani-Kishtwar transmission line from location No.221 onwards up to grid station, Kishtwar for test charging the newly constructed grid station, Kishtwar, the shut down of 132 KV S/C Udhampur-DHP transmission line on March 25, 2012 from 2 p m to 5 p m.
During the period of above shutdown the power supply to the Dul Hasti Project and areas being fed from Kishtwar Grid Station shall remain affected.
