A person namely Muzaffar Hussain S/o Gh Qadir R/o Dadpeth presently at Gudhali Chowk Kishtwar consumed some poisonous substance was rushed in un-conscious condition to Sub district hospital, Kishtwar. At the hospital statement was recorded in which he stated that he was forced to take poison by his parents by way of marrying him with a girl of their choice against his will. Police has taken cognizance and a case under FIR No. 8/2007 U/S 306/309 RPC has been registered in Police Station, Kishtwar against Muzaffar, his father Gh. Qadir and mother Sharifa Begum. Further investigation of the case is going on.
