| JK Medical Employees Federation holds a day long conference | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA , March 24 : One day employee’s conference was held under the banner of J K Medical Employees Federation District, Kathua at conference Hall DH Kathua in which delegates from all medical Blocks participated.
The Conference was presided over by provincial President, JKMEF, Susheel Sudan, Kulbushan Singh, senior leader, JK Employees & Workers Federation was chief guest. B.L. Kandley, secretary general, JK Employees and Workers Federation inaugurated the conference .
He said that the leaders have harmed the interests of employees and leaders still hobnobbing with government and bureaucracy.
In the conference it is unanimously resolved that DDO powers should at PHC level, Drug Stores of drug supply should be district wise at District HQ. It is also resolved that undue harassment due to non-payment of 2 and half days pay dues of sixth pay commission’s arrears should be stopped immediately and dues be drawn without delay.
In the conference the team of district leaders also unanimously elected as President Balkar Singh, Sr.Vice President Narinder Tony, vice president Yoginder Pal, Gurdev Singh, Babu Ram Secretary, Surinder Kumar and Cashier Ashok Kumar.
