| State Wrestling meet on March 31 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 25: Jammu and Kashmir Indian Style Wrestling Association is organizing 5th Senior State Wrestling Championship for Men under the aegis of J&K State Sports Council at Dewan Mandir Akhara, Kachhi Chowani, here on March 31.
This was decided in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Association president, Shiv Kumar Sharma attended besides others by Inderjeet Khajuria, Rakesh Khurija, PR Sharma, Bansi Lal Tidyal, Mulk Raj Sharma and Vijay Kumar.
The competition shall take place in weight categories of 51 Kg, 55 Kg, 60 Kg, 66 Kg, 74 Kg, 84 Kg, and + 96 Kg up to 130 Kg under laid down rules and regulations of Indian Style Wrestling Association of India, a handout issused here today said.Meanwhile, the Association asked interested participants to confirm their entries well in time. |
