| Civil society protests against delay in Jan Lok Pal bill | | | Kathua Mar 25: Civil Society has held a protest against the union Govt for delaying to bring the recommendations of Jan Lok Pal bill which is drafted by the civil society. The protest was held in the favour of Ana Hazare's one day hunger strike for demanding the early implementation of the Jan Lokpal bill at Delhi said by the Rajinder Pacifist spokes person of civil society Kathua. While he was addressing the protestors he said that the union Govt has adopted callous attitude towards the demand of people to implement the Jan Lokpal bill drafted by the civil society and he also criticized the local district administration for encouraging and boosting the land mafia and the practice of illegal mining of Ravi River.
In the protest Varinder Sharma, Dr. Vishal Malagar, Sh. Haresh Sharma (Chingari) Robin Sharma, and S. Hardev Singh were present. |
