| Arrest Geelani not Khajuria: BJP | | | Jammu | Jan 23
State BJP today pooh-poohed the demand of the Congress and National Conference to arrest the State BJP President Ashok Khajuria for dishonouring the State flag and challenged the State government to book the State BJP President.
The BJP also demanded legal proceedings against the pro-Pakistan Syed Ali Shah Geelani and others who have condemned India as an oppressive and anti Muslim State. The BJP demanded that Article 370 should be scrapped immediately so that the national Tri-colour and Indian constitution gets supremacy in the state as well. The party said that any action against the State BJP President would not only provoke political rotests in Jammu and at national level.
