| HC directive to DHS | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 26: Justice J P Singh today directed director health services (DHS), Jammu, to forward the form of Dr Sanjeev Kumar for selection as registrar in GMC, Jammu, to the administrative department for grant of permission to participate in the selection process for the post advertised vide notification dated February 12, 2012, within a week's time.
The court issued the directive in a petition filed by Dr Sanjeev. The court issued notice to respondents for service within one week. |
