| Training on 'honeybee diseases' organized | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Mar 27: One days training programme on honeybee diseases and their management was organized at Hiranagar , Jammu under the sponsorship of Indian Council of AgriculturalResearch New, Delhiunder the HTMM-1.
Division of Entomology, Sher-e-KashmirUniversity of Agricultural Sciences& Technology, Jammuorganized the said programme today under the encouragement of Vice ChancellorProf B Mishra in which 70 beekeepers from Samba, Vijaypur and other locations were present.
The programme consisted of lectures followed by practical demonstration in the managementof honeybee diseases and their enemies.
Experts Dr Devinder Sharma, Assistant Professor, Dr D PAbrol, Professor and Head, Division of Entomology assisted by Sameer Ahmad Wanifrom Banihal, Ved Prakash from Doda, Javed Ahmad from Dhiansar and Vishal Kumarfrom Dhiansar. Rajesh Kumar Technical Assistant demonstrated practical demonstrationon various aspects of bee diseases in the apiary. |
