| VC-JU appeals JUTA to call of its ongoing 'stir' | | | | JAMMU, Mar 27: Prof Mohan Paul Singh Ishar, Vice-Chancellor,University of Jammu made an appeal to Jammu University Teachers' Association (JUTA) to call off their protest which they are lodging for getting pending demand of arrears and implementation of pay commission recommendations in toto. He further appealed to them that the class work should notsufer in the interest of the students. Prof Ishar apprised them that the matteris alreadybeing deliberated upon with the higher Authorities and if required,the same shall be taken up in the ensuing Joint Committee .meeting of both theKashmir and the Jammu Universities and as well as in the University Council of boththe Universities |
