| Handa edu college organizes anti polythene prog | | | early times report
JAMMU, Mar 28: NSS unit of Handa College of Education organized Anti-Polythene Campaign to create awareness among people about the cleanliness habits and harmful effects of polythene. The programme was organized by NSS in charge Savita Sethialong with other staff members. An awareness rally too was carried out duringthe campaign during which students carrying banner "Keep polythene bags away,this is the need of the day" and raising slogans "To stop using polythene'marched through markets adjoining the College.
The students also interactedwith society members of Sainik Colony and aware them to stop use of polytheneas plastic is a menace by all means and a serious threat. They appealed them toclean the environment by saying "No to polythene". |
