| Demands of PSUs employees highlighted | | | early times report
Jammu, Mar 28- All Public Sector Employees and Workers Federation including JCC leaders today highlighted the burning issues being faced by the PSU Employees and demanded early redressal of their demands.
While addressing a joint press conference Joginder Pal Chairman All Public Sector Employees and Workers Federation and JCC leaders namely Ram Kumar Sharma, Ganesh Khajuria and others highlighted the burning issues being faced by the PSU Employees. They raised the issues like non implementation of 6th Pay Commission and conversion of Cola into DA in favour of the most of the PSU's Sasan expressing great resentment over the Govt.'s attitude for not releasing benefits of 6th Pay Commission conversion of Cola into DA & DA in favour of PSU Employees.
Other demands highlighted o the occasion included implementation of revised gratuity ceiling from the maximum of 3.50 lacs to 10.00 lacs as per amendment made to the payment of Gratuity act 1972 and implementation of recommendation of Rajan Wage Committee report.
The JCC Leaders also urged upon the Govt. to resolve all the issues of PSU once for all without any dilly daily and also grant necessary addition budgetary support to meet up the demands wherever required. |
