| DPO Gandhi Nagar organizes awareness camp | | | JAMMU, Mar 29: Child Development Project Officer Gandhi Nagar in collaboration with Jammu Kashmir Youth Wing organized an awareness camp on Adolescent Stress and Storm at Jammu University the other day.
Programme Officer, ICDS Project Jammu presided.
Scholars from various Departments enlightened the adolescent girls with their knowledge. PO Jammu stressed on topic and said that various capsules and modules will be laid in future for awareness. He said that adolescence is an age of achieving identity and for awareness we should conduct such programmes in near future.
CDPO Gandhinagar also stressed that adolescent girls area the building blocks of the nation and their holistic development is important. All the aspects like physical, emotional and psychological should be taken care of.
President Jammu Kashmir Youth Wing Pankaj Sahni also spoke on the occasion. |
