| Surya Koti Mahayagya to begin from Apr 3 at Pouni | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 29: With an aim to spread peace, religious brotherhood, prosperity and productivity in the State, Saint Balak Yogeshwar Ji Maharaj is going to solemnize 10 day long Surya Koti Mahayagya at Pouni, Reasi from April 3 to 14. addressing Press conference here today, Sant Sri Balak Yogeshvar Dass informed that it will be the 21st Surya Koti Maha Yagya which will be commenced at Pouni, Reasi on April 3.
Maharaj disclosed that Kalash yatra will be taken out on April 4 which will mark the commencement of the Maha yagya. The Holy Agni Manthan will be performed at Yagya Sathali on the same day. He said that prominent saints from the state and all over the country including Shanka rachariya Maharaj will take part on this auspicious occasion, besides this, 100 Kundiya Suryakoti Mahayajna is being constructed for the Mahayagya. Bal Yogeshwar Maharaj said that the Mahayagya is also being organized to remember the sacrifices of Martyrs. He hoped that this Yagya will bring peace, communal harmony, brotherhood in Jammu and Kashmir in particular and nation in general. He further said, "By organizing this Mahayagya for the past many years, we are spreading message of peace, tranquility and brotherhood besides remembering the Martyrs, who have sacrificed their lives for the nation". He appealed the public to participate in this Mahayayga in large number and make it a grand success. Members of the organizing committee were also present. |
