| J&K Bank accords warm send off to retiring officers | | | early times report
Srinagar, Mar.29: J&K Bank today accorded a warm send off to three officers, who are attaining age of superan-uation on March 31, 2012, at a simple but impressive function organized here at Bank's Zonal Office complex at M. A Road. Parvez Ahmad, Bank's Executive President was the Chief Guest on the occasion..
The retiring officers included Senior Executive Managers Mehmood Ahmad Jan and Merajudin Posh, and Executive Manager, Masood Ahmed Fazili. The others present on the occasion were Meera Jamwal, & M.S. Wani, both Presidents of the bank, M. Y. Khosa, Bank's Vice President and other senior officials of the bank.
Parvez Ahmad in his address hailed the contributions made by the retiring officers. "Their contribution, like their predecessors, in making J&K Bank a brand is spanned over decades. J&K Bank family not only acknowledges this role of theirs but values it immensely" he said.
He further wished the retirees and their families a wonderful post-retirement life. "We wish you and your families best of times ahead but don't think your association with the Bank ceases here. You may not be active members of the J&K Bank from now on but you will continue to be part of the extended J&K Bank Family", he added.
The retiring officers expressed their gratitude to their seniors at the Bank for having guided them well during their service tenure and thanked their juniors for extending cooperation to them.
Among others who spoke on occasion included Meera Jamwal, M. S Wani and M.Y. Khosa.
