| Two crushed to death, woman hit by train | | | early times report
Jammu, Mar 30: Two persons were crushed to death in two separate incidents, took place, under the jurisdiction of Trikuta Nagar and Satwari police stations here today while a woman was hit by a train, police sources said. Sources said one Rohit son of Ram Dass of Narwal Pain was crushed to death at Satwari by a mini bus bearing registration number JK02AN/6164 when the vehicle was on way to Jammu from village Mukwal. Yet in a similar fatal road mishap, one Hoshiyar Singh son of Balwan Singh of Doda was crushed to death by some unknown vehicle. The incident took place near Hotel Kranti locality falling under the jurisdiction of P/S Trikuta Nagar.
The cases in connection have been registered and investigation was in progress.
Meanwhile, in yet another incident a woman namely Reshma Devi lost her leg after she was hit by a train. She was rushed to the GMC hospital for treatment. |
