| Refresher prog for ICTC counsellors culminates at JU | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 30: A five-day Refresher Training Programme for ICTC Counsellors of Jammu and Kashmir was conducted successfully at the Department of Psychology, University of Jammu here today.
The five-day programme which began on March 26 organized by GFATM R-7 in collaboration with J&K State AIDS Control Society (J&KSACS), was presided over by Prof RD Sharma Dean Academic Affairs and Dr. Rakesh Khajuria, Project Director, J&KSACS. Speaking at the occasion, Prof RD Sharma praised the efforts being put in by GFATM Team at the university towards the training and capacity building of all those associated with the control and elimination of dreaded diseases like AIDS, Malaria & Tuberculosis and said that their contribution to the society as a whole will be acknowledged by one and all in times to come.
Dr Rakesh Khajuria, Project Director, J&KSACS congratulated the ICTC counsellors who have come from all the three regions of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh on the completion of their refresher training. |
