| Free eye check-up, surgery camp concludes | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Mar 30: A three-day long free eye check-up and surgery camp organized by Shakti Punj- a social organization- concluded here today at Sub District Hospital, Hiranagar. It was Shakti Punj's 7th camp organized in collaboration with Directorate of Health Services Jammu.
During OPD, a team of doctors comprising Dr Kulrattan Anand, Dr Kamal Gupta, Dr Rajni Gupta and para-medical team comprised of Parkash, Ram Rattan, Sham Saroop Gupta, Arun Jasrotia and Bishambar Singh examined about 325 patients. Free medicines were provided to the patients. After laboratory verifications fifty four patients were identified for cataract operation. Thirty patients were operated during the camp successfully. Free medicines and black spectacles were given to the patients after dressing. |
