| Martyr Day of Vipan Kumar observed | | | JAMMU, Mar 31: Martyr day of Vipan Kumar was organized at his memorial in village Radwan. Shaheed Vipan Kumar achieved martyrdom on March 31, 2002 while serving for the country in Indian army. On this occasion, Manjit Singh Ex. Minister and Dr Sat Paul Sr. Congress leader garlanded the statue of the Martyr. Addressing the gathering Singh told that youth should learn from Shaheed Vipan about the love and loyalty towards the country. He also said that family members, people of village Radwan.
as well as the relatives of the martyr should be proud of Shaheed Vipan Kumar. Dr. Sat Paul also spoke on the occasion and said that martyrs never die and they are remembered always. |
