KC Motors receives " Best in Customer Care Management" award | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU , Mar 31 : The Annual Service Manager's meet was organised at Jaipur, Raajsthan, from March 23 to March 25 , for all North Zone dealers of CHEVROLET. The Annual meet was organised to analyse the past year 2011 for the achievements and short comings. And also to focus the year 2012 in terms of new challenges, which apparently will be faced by the CHEVROLET and Auto industry as a whole. During the analysis and achievements of the dealers, certain categories were rewarded to boost the morale and lift the motivation level of the personal working in the industry day in and day out. The M/S KC Motors, Jammu, was awarded with the " Best in Customer Care Management", the KC Motors PSF System was adjudged as one of the best, and was highly appreciated for implementation at all dealers across the Zone. Raju Chowdhary, Managing Director KC Motors, congratulated the Workshop team, who made it possible and brought the dealership to the Limelight in the Zone comprising 60 dealers across J&K, Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Parts of Rajsthan, Parts of UP and Uthrakhand. |
