Jammu: A fresh batch of 377 pilgrims left here today for the Amarnath cave shrine in Kashmir.
The batch, comprising 206 men, 23 women, three children and 145 sadhus, left from the base camp at MAM stadium in a fleet of 10 vehicles this morning, officials said.
The pilgrims are expected to reach to their respective destinations at Pahalgam and Baltal later today, they said.
With this batch, as many as 74,551 pilgrims have left from here to the cave shrine of Amarnath since the commencement of the yatra from June 10.
Meanwhile, another batch of 325 pilgrims left for Budha Amarnath in Poonch district today, they said.
