| Niaz releases Rs one lakh to each 104 Panchayats in Bhaderwah | | | Early Times Report
BHADERWAH, Mar 31: Former minister and Congress MLA from Bhaderwah constituency Mohamad Sharief Niaz today released an amount of Rs. 1.04 crore for 104 Panchayats of his assembly segment i.e. one lakh for each panchayat out of his constituency development fund for overall developmental activities to be carried out in all Panchayats through Sarpa nches and Panches of each panchayat of his constituency.
In this regard a communication was sent to Dy Commissioner Doda to distribute the amount among all the panchayats strictly adhering the guide lines of the planning department.
Niaz stated that this would help in stepping up the grass root development through panch ayats and will help in strengthening it. Niaz demanded more empowerment of the panch ayat so that they may solve the local problems and would carry on development in their Panchayats. |
