SRINAGAR, Mar 31: One person was injured in an explosion in Kupwara district of north Kashmir, a police spokesman said today. Mohammad Yousuf Bhat, a resident of Panzgam, was injured when some explosive substance went off during digging of a stream in a village, 100-km from here, last evening. Bhat, who was part of the digging team, received splinter injuries. |
