| YLA president expelled from Rajouri Bar | | | Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Mar 31: Rajouri Bar Association (RBA) has expelled Ehsaan Mirza, president of newly constituted Young Lawyers Association (YLA) from the bar.
Addressing a press conference here today, RBA district president Liaqat Choudhary said the district president of newly formed YLA had been expelled from the bar as the new body was not authorised by the bar. Other lawyers, who were present on the occasion, also flayed the constitution of YLA, terming it illegal.
Choudhary said the bar had expelled Ehsaan from its membership because YLA had been formed in violation of the bar rules. |
