| Orientation training programme concludes | | | VIJAYPUR | JAN 24
The six days orientation course for adolescent girls organized by ICDS Project, Vijaypur concluded here today. A batch of thirty school drop out selected from Anganwadi Centres of Zone Ramgarh and Mahal Shah participated in the training course. The Z.E.O Ramgarh Smt. Krishna was the Chief Guest on the occasion. CDPO Rajiv Singh Salaria told that the girls have been imparted training regarding adolescent, health nutritional care of children, pregnant and nursing mothers, and prevention of emerging endemic diseases among children. Family welfare, child care, ill effect of early marriage and pregnancy. They were also made aware of their legal rights, social abuses, and prevention of dowry, domestic violence and policies for empowerment of women.
A colorful culture programme was also held.
