| Star Suzuki launches 'Swish 125' in Jammu | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 2: In a function held today at STAR SUZUKI, B C Road, Jammu, Annil Suri - Chairman Federation of Industries, formally launched SUZUKI 'SWISH 125'. 'Swish 125' was unveiled at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited. 'SWISH 125' is a gearless scooter with a combination of modern style and attractive design with excellent mileage and premium feel. Powered by 125 cc air cooled, single cylinder 4 stroke petrol engine, the Swish 125 has a maximum power of 8.7 PS @ 7,000 rpm and 9.8 Nm @ 5000 Nm of torque.Swish 125 is Euro III compliant and come with a catalytic convertor and has a maximum speed of 90 Kmph. The vehicle boasts of 6 liters of petrol tank and under seat space of 20 liters which can easily accommodate a helmet. 'SWISH 125' is more powerful and weighs less as compared to other competing scooters in this range which are 110 CC compared to 125 CC of this scooter. SWISH 125 is priced at Rs. 47,306 ex-showroom Jammu and is available in 5 attractive colors i.e., Pearl Mirage White, Sparkle Black, Metallic Triton Blue, Metallic Flint Grey and Pearl Mira Red.
