J&K Bank official gets warm send-off | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, Apr 2: J&K Bank gave a warm send-off to Manzoor Ahmad Suharwardi who retired as Senior Executive Manager after attaining the age of superannuation on 31st March. The farewell to him was accorded during a simple but impressive function atBank's Cluster Office, South Kashmir Shopian. J&K Bank Executive President, Parvez Ahmad was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Syed Aashiq Hussain Zaidi, Zonal Head Kashmir (South), all the B/U heads of the district and other officers were also present on the occasion. Hailing the contribution of Manzoor Ahmad, who has served the Institution in different capacities and has played his role for development of the Bank, Executive President stated that contributions of the employees retiring need to be acknowledged and appreciated for being instrumental in bringing this Institution to the present level. He further added that organizational culture which has been built by employees over a period of time through dedication, devotion, high level of commitment and emotional attachment needs to be preserved, promoted and passed on to new generation. He also stressed upon the need for up-gradation of knowledge levels and skill-sets of employees with a view to enable them to deliver better and meet the future challenges successfully.
